If you don’t know what medicine you need - our clinical team will select it for you based on your symptoms and medical conditions.

Select a treatment option
You know which medication you need - our clinical team will confirm the appropriateness of your selection based on the review of your medical assessment form. An alternative medication will be offered if the selected medication is not clinically appropriate.

Reorder Medication
If you have ordered from us before, you can reorder as long as your medical conditions have remained the same. If there has been a change to you medical circumstance since your last order, you will be asked to complete a new medical assessment form.

Complete Online Medical Assessment

Complete our concise medical assessment form (should take approximately 3-5 minutes) that asks you about your symptoms and relevant medical history. This will be reviewed by our clinical team to decide whether the medication you selected is clinically safe and appropriate for you.

An alternative medication will be offered if needed, and where there is no appropriate treatment option available, the request will be rejected and you will be referred back to your GP.

If we require further information our clinical team will contact you by phone or email. Once the assessment has been reviewed an electronic prescription will be issued and sent to your nominated pharmacy.

Collect Medication from Nominated Pharmacy

Your nominated pharmacy will receive the electronic private prescription. They will dispense your medication and have it ready for collection. You will receive an email confirmation from Pharmacinta once the medication is ready for collection.
