Our Clinical Team will be able to approve your prescription within 24 hours (usually within a few hours) of you filling in our online medical assessment form. If you have a more complicated health background that requires further information, they will contact you (via email or phone) to ascertain the relevant medical history to ensure safe and effective treatment provision. Once the consultation is complete and the medication is deemed appropriate and safe, an electronic prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy, where the medication will be dispensed and ready for you to collect.

We strongly advise you to give us permission to share information with your GP so they as your primary health care provider are fully aware of any medications you are taking. We will only share this information if you give us permission to do so.

We will not prescribe any medication until a medical consultation has been undertaken and reviewed by our Clinical Team. Our clinicians will review your existing and past medical history to assess the suitability of the treatment. If your requested treatment is deemed unsafe for you based on your medical history, and there is not an appropriate alternative we can offer, we will not be able to prescribe a medication to you. Instead, we will refer you to your GP for further investigation or assessment.
